kriy8 provides digital services including SaaS applications, browser extensions, custom development, and consulting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We believe in being straightforward about money. Here's exactly how refunds work:

3.1 Money-Back Guarantee: 3-Day Refund Window

Not satisfied? You have 3 days from purchase or activation to request a full refund. This gives you time to test the service and ensure it meets your needs.

After 3 days, refunds cannot be processed. We recommend testing thoroughly during this window.

3.2 Subscription Cancellation

If you cancel a subscription (monthly, yearly, etc.):

  • No refund for what you've already paid (standard for subscriptions)
  • You keep using the service until your current subscription ends
  • After expiration, your access ends

Example: Cancel on day 15 of a month? You can use it through month-end at no extra charge, but won't get a refund for those 15 days already paid.

3.3 Refund Process

To request a refund within the eligible 3-day window, contact us through the website. Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

You agree to use our services lawfully and responsibly:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
